Current technologies such as “film dipping” do not allow the decorator or facility to adjust the image to the part. Thus locking the facility into buying one size of a repeating pattern of film that can’t be changed or modified to add text. Our process changes all that!  Remember this is not a powder coating, wet spray or enamel paint process.  Advanced technology inks and unique imprint paper are used to “heat transfer” the image into the subsurface walls of the pores of the aluminum prior to the final anodizing step.
